Fitness For Beginners
This course is designed for those who want to begin living a healthy lifestyle. I put together a series of workouts that will help the beginner start off with some simple but effective workouts. The following course will show you the various exercises for arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and abdominal groups. If your new to the gym scene it can be intimidating because your unsure of which workouts to perform and if you're doing them correctly. Therefore, I thought it would be a great idea to put together a series of workouts to cover the full body that will help you get started in your fitness journey.
